I got the vinyl sent to me in a poor condition. The vinyl was not in a record sleeve and I found what looks like paper that was stuck onto the record with a sticky adhesive on it. I tried using a record cleaning solution but it would not come off, and the sticky residue is still on the vinyl covering the record Grooves. I tried contacting customer support about this but yet to receive a response.
