We only produce in factories that we personally visited, mostly we produce in factories we have close ties with.

We ship within 2-4 business days from the order date with DHL as Business Partner.
Worldwide shipping: Duties & taxes included, custom fees excluded.

Returns & Exchanges:

Refunds available within 14 days of delivery.
