Our Story

Tanzform is a brand fusing streetwear with club culture, we like to call our clothes clubwear or dancewear. Tanzform is created by a collective of DJs and producers based in Berlin, inspired by years of dancing and performing in clubs world wide.

Our name comes from the German word for dancing (Tanzen) and the transformation you undergo while clubbing:

The dance floor brings people together who are in good spirit. You meet new friends, maybe a partner, and you learn about society by encountering different (sub)cultures and people from all walks of life, each of us contribute with their own story and energy to make the party—and our world—a unique place.

So letting yourself go and sharing an experience with other people (fellow ravers) helps you understand yourself and society more. It changes our views on each other, making us more empathic, open-minded and connected. 

Therefore we encourage curiosity and connection through dialogue or while busting some moves. Dancing is essential for social-development, and not only for entertainment.

We believe that when you dance more, you will start judging less.
